A National Food Safety Training Campaign

This multi-brand traceability campaign blended gamified WhatsApp learning with live team competitions to tackle food-safety blind spots in a high-stakes, story-driven format. From Fishaways to Wimpy, operations and training teams worked through “cases” inspired by Sally Monella—a cheeky bacterium with a knack for causing kitchen chaos. What started as a fun launch quickly became a behaviour-shifting experience that united teams, sharpened compliance, and reignited pride in doing things right.
